The Lake Club
5am - 11pm
The Lake Club facility includes a Games Room, Theatre, Fitness Centre and Activity Room. Located in the basement of The Manor Village at Rocky Ridge, The Lake Club can be accessed by all HOA residents with the use of an access fob.
All residents are required to sign the Lake Club Security Access Form and Waiver and provide proof of address and photo ID before access is granted. Tenants are required to have an additional Tenant Agreement signed by their landlord. Required forms can be accessed under 'Access Forms', and new residents will need to schedule an appointment with The Lake Club Manager in order to activate their fob and deliver the completed forms.
Note: The Rocky Ridge Ranch Home Owners Association (RRRHA) is a separate residential association unrelated to The Lakes at Rocky Ridge HOA and residents of The Lakes at Rocky Ridge therefore do not have access to The Rocky Ridge Ranch on Rocky Ridge Boulevard.
Games Room
Our Games Room has something for everyone! Play on our foosball table or try your luck at a game of pool or darts. Feel like relaxing? Gather with friends or family to play one of our many board games, complete a puzzle, or grab a book from our communal library.
Theatre
Our Movie Committee screens movies every Saturday night from September to June in the Theatre and family movies once a month on a Sunday. Popcorn and occasional treats are served. A movie schedule for the current month can be found in our monthly newsletter on the Newsletter page.
Aerobic and Yoga videos are screened on mornings throughout the week for residents wishing to partake in low-impact exercise.
The Theatre is also home to various worship services held throughout the month.
Fitness Centre
Our full-facility Fitness Centre is open from 5am to 11pm for use by all residents within the community.
Equipment includes a wide selection of weights, a couple of multigyms, treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bicycles, benches and a rowing machine, among other things.
Activity Room
The Activity Room is available for usage by all residents within the community. A booking system is in place and while there is no cost to rent this space, we do require a refundable damage deposit and a completed booking form to secure your required date.
