Service Description

Suitable for all ages & abilities, the class will emphasize stretching, coordination of breath with movement & attention to alignment & is designed to create breath awareness, enhance balance & increase strength & flexibility. The class will end with deep relaxation & a guided visualization to help release tension & reduce stress. Students will feel an immediate difference in their energy levels, alertness & ability to manage stress. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED AS SPACE IS LIMITED. Please bring your own mat, props and blanket.
